Chef Erwin Schrottner returns to bestow his culinary wizardry upon us, highlighting ingredients, cooking techniques and cultural adages from Austria.

A seated four-course lunch will dazzle you with the breadth of his epicurean spirit while pairing the traditional Austrian and German dishes with Dr. Frank wines.

First Course:
Pickled Herring with Roasted Beet, Beet Sour Cream, and Fingerling Potatoes.

Second Course:
Glazed Veal Sweet Bread and Sesame Seed Gremolata with Squash Medley and Demi Glaze.

Third Course:
Coriander Duck Breast with Sweet Baby Carrots, Celeriac Puree, and Rosemary Jus.

Fourth Course:
Besoffene Liesl with Roasted Plum and Schlag.

Each course will be paired with Austrian selections of Dr. Frank wines.
