Enjoy a multi-course seated lunch featuring savory and sweet inspired culinary creations highlighting Hedonist chocolate.

Dive into the rich and nuanced world of chocolate, as we take you on a curated tour of cacao’s finest expressions from around the globe. The chef’s from Lake Life Catering will be displaying six different presentations highlighting Rochester’s Hedonist Chocolate. 

Rochester’s Hedonist Chocolatiers will be on-site with an interactive demonstration including a special take-away gift. 

First Course: Celebre Rose and 2021 Old Vines Pinot Noir
– White Chocolate Baba Ganoush with Smokey Eggplant, Pomegranate, Parsley, Pita Chip, and Salted White Chocolate Bark. 

– Arugula with Chocolate Vinaigrette with Cherries, Almonds, and Shaved Dark Chocolate.

Second Course: 2021 Hilda Chardonnay and 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon
– Chocolate Ravioli with Mushroom Duxelles Ricotta, Cocoa Sage Brown Butter, and Parmesan. 

– Mole Chicken Taco with Crispy Wonton, Red Onion, Cilantro, and Cocoa Rice.

Third Course: 2019 Tawny Pinot Gris and 2020 Ruby Amur
– Chocolate Crepe with Strawberries, and Milk Chocolate Sauce.

– Bahn Tieu with Chocolate filled Vietnamese Donut, Sesame Seeds, and Powdered Sugar.
